What categories of personal data will VOLVO obtain?
Volvo CE may process your personal data including first name, last name and email address and all necessary information to fulfill this invitation (dietary requirements etc..).
Volvo CE may also process photographs and films of you (Image Material) and your quotes in connection with the Image Material.
The Image Material will be produced by Volvo CE or by suppliers hired by Volvo CE. Volvo CE retains the right to edit the Image Material.

• For promotional communications and marketing purposes,. including on social media and for editorial use

Volvo CE will process the personal data collected for promotional communications and marketing purposes on the legal basis of consent.

How will Volvo CE share your personal data?
Volvo CE may use your personal data in both printed and digital formats, including publication on Volvo CE’s website or in other digital channels . Volvo CE may publish your name, and any quote approved by you, in connection with the Image Material. It may be necessary for Volvo CE to transfer your personal data to other countries outside of the EU/EEA which have not been deemed to have an adequate level of protection by the European Commission. Such transfer outside of the EU/EEA will be carried out in order for Volvo CE to fulfill the purposes of promotional communications and marketing purposes.

For how long will Volvo CE keep your personal data?
Volvo CE will keep your personal data as long as required to fulfill the purposes mentioned above and no longer than is required for Volvo CE to fulfill these purposes.
