Brand new electric articulated haulers
The A30 Electric and A40 Electric articulated haulers are the latest additions to our growing electric machine line-up. The world’s first serial produced battery-powered articulated haulers in their size class, the 29-ton A30 Electric and 39-ton A40 Electric models offer all the same power and performance as their diesel counterparts, with zero exhaust emissions and reduced noise levels. Designed for our customers in quarrying, mining, and construction they provide a solution to help them make the shift to zero-emission operation.
Compact electric excavators
Our new ECR25 Electric excavator – the largest in our compact electric range - now boasts an extended range time of eight hours of operation on a single charge. Its smaller sibling, the ECR18 Electric is perfect for noise-sensitive areas such as inner-city environments, on low carbon projects, and indoor projects. Weighing it at 1.96 tons, the ECR18 Electric is the baby of the family. Easy to operate and transport, it’s ideal for customers looking for a cost-efficient electric compact excavator to work in 1.8 tonne applications.
Versatile compact electric wheel loaders
Our L25 Electric and L20 Electric wheel loaders are firm favorites thanks to their incredible versatility. Now available with an expanded attachment range, choice of tires and improved cab – including a game-changing new powerful heating ventilation and air conditioning system (HVAC), plus a host of new safety features, they’re ready to take on even more tasks. Whether it’s loading/unloading and transporting materials, urban construction projects, landscaping, agriculture, or indoor operations, these machines deliver exceptional performance.
Mid-size electric excavator
Our newly updated EC230 Electric excavator is a general-purpose machine that now promises a full day of operation on a single charge. Its revamped cab provides more space, comfort and functionality, while an intelligent electro-hydraulic system ensures smoother, more precise movements on the boom, bucket and other attachments. With innovative safety features like HD Volvo Smart View with People and Obstacle Classification, this mid-size powerhouse is the ideal partner for medium-to-heavy duty applications, like building, demolition and industrial machine handling.
Large electric wheel loaders
The L90 Electric and L120 Electric are our large electric wheel loaders. The 15-tonne L90 Electric is the smaller of the two, and the first electric wheel loader in its class. Versatile and quiet, it is suited for indoor operation and city centers, as well as segments like industrial material handling, forestry, agriculture, and landscaping. Its bigger brother, the L120 Electric is a 20-tonne wheel loader with a lifting capacity of 6 tonnes, making it ideal for urban infrastructure maintenance, waste and recycling, agriculture, forestry and ports and logistics centers, like building, demolition and industrial machine handling.
Wheeled excavator
The EWR150 Electric is our first wheeled excavator. This 15-tonne machine has the shortest tail radius in its class, making it the perfect solution for inner-city use or tight, space restricted jobsites.
Grid connected EW240 Electric Material Handler
As well as battery electric solutions, we also offer the EW240 Electric Material Handler, a grid-connected electric machine that is designed for use around the clock. Grid-connected solutions like this are ideal for use in static applications where the tasks are repetitive, like material handling in the waste and recycling industry.
Charging Solutions
Because we know that the electric transformation can’t happen without charging solutions, we have an updated PU500 Power Unit and PU40 Power Unit to provide flexible, reliable on-site mobile power for Volvo and non-Volvo electric machines, trucks and tools.
