Every year, thousands of potential Volvo customers come from all over the world to our Customer Center – a purpose built meeting place where people like you can experience the Volvo Construction Equipment brand at first hand, surrounded by the machines, expert advisers and a superb working environment where you can put our products through their paces.
Covering nearly one square kilometer in area, the demonstration field has been landscaped to provide a challenging test arena where the whole range of Volvo machines can be operated safely by our potential customers and Volvo demonstrators. In specially constructed environments, all the main industry applications are regularly recreated here under the guidance of our expert Volvo advisors.
Beginning life as a simple demonstration field, during its 30 year history the Customer Center has evolved into an outstanding venue for large-scale indoor conferences and sophisticated outdoor presentations; with many meeting rooms, training facilities, dining areas, and a large, well-appointed auditorium that literally opens onto a machine hall for the most impressive, inspiring product launches.
Many large-scale customer events take place on the demonstration field every year, along with daily test driving sessions with the convenience of being just a few hundred meters from the indoor facilities of the Customer Center. By carrying out test drives at Eskilstuna, our customers avoid disruption to their own sites and operations. The Customer Center also has Volvo simulators on site, for one-to one training.
If you’re looking for a venue for a meeting or conference, the Customer Center is the perfect choice. We have 10 conference rooms, seating up to 35 people, with an auditorium that can seat 200. Our machine hall is a 700 m2 clean, heated environment that’s great for larger events, dinners and exhibitions. Catering to suit the tastes and needs of guests is not a problem, with a dedicated dining area for up to 100. Each conference room has its own amenities, guaranteeing you privacy.

The reception is open Monday to Thursday from 07:30 to 16:30 and Fridays from 07:30 to 15:30.
Customer, dealer or vocational school visits can be booked for Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays throughout the year according to Customer Centre opening times. Customers should book via Volvo or their dealer.
Internal visits can be booked for Wednesdays at either 09:00 or 13:00 (if not already reserved by a prioritized group). Twice a year we also allocate two days for larger groups of internal visits where we welcome departments within Volvo that want to learn more about our products. The program includes a brief presentation in the auditorium followed by a machine show and test drive.
Requests for longer visits (a full day or more) that require special preparations, such as adjustments to test driving stations, larger demonstration show and/or additional stages, are referred to as events. Please contact reception with your unique requirements.
Conference rooms can be booked Mondays and Fridays during opening times. They can be booked by Volvo employees, dealers and branch organisations.
