The Volvo CE Masters is a worldwide competition arranged by aftermarket training organizations.
It’s open to technicians of authorized Volvo CE dealers with a clear focus on know-how and practical knowledge. The aim is to help employees develop and improve their knowledge, skills, and ability to work as a team.
The competition is also a way of showing how much hard work is carried out at dealers all over the world, and that we together invest in what our customers appreciate most – world-class service.

The competition is organized in different rounds, starting at the dealer level, and then leading up to the regional finals. Based on the outcome, the best teams are drafted to the finals in Sales Regions Europe respectively International where they go head-to-head with the best dealers.
The dates for the finals are the following:
• Sales Region International; January 22-24, 2024, in Dubai.
• Sales Region Europe; February 27-29, 2024, in Konz.
The two best teams from each region will be qualified for the Masters World Final 2024 at Customer Center in Eskilstuna Sweden, on May 6-8.
