CJD Equipment and ETS Ltd demonstrated outstanding technical expertise, teamwork, and problem-solving under pressure throughout the Volvo CE Masters 2026 Region International Final. They outperformed teams from across Volvo CE’s International dealer network in a competition designed to test the very best in technical competence and teamwork.
After progressing through three online qualification rounds focused on Volvo knowledge and technical capability, seven top-performing teams advanced to the Regional Final in Casablanca.

The in-person final challenged participants across five competition stations featuring practical and theoretical tasks, including machine diagnostics, troubleshooting, product knowledge, and teamwork under pressure.
Throughout the competition, the teams from Australia and Ukraine stood out for their precision, collaboration, and ability to perform consistently at a high level — reflecting the strong standards customers experience every day in the field and workshop.
Teams reflect on their success
“We are extremely proud. We’ve had some fantastic days here with great hospitality,” said Yevgen Svyrydenko, Head of Service at ETS Ltd. “We have participated in the Masters competition since 2008, and it is a great opportunity for our teams to share experiences and learn about new cultures. We are now looking forward to the World Final in Sweden this September — it will be an honor to represent our company.”
“We are incredibly happy to be one of the teams qualified for the World Final,” said Alvin Roger DuPont, Training and Safety Manager at CJD Equipment. “Masters is a fantastic opportunity for technicians to showcase their skills and expertise. It’s also a great occasion to meet the Volvo family from around the world and challenge ourselves professionally. We all want to understand our strengths and continue improving, because it helps us develop further and strengthen the areas where we can become even better.”
What winning means
Volvo CE Masters is built around the real-world challenges technicians face every day. From solving complex machine issues to working efficiently under time pressure, the competition highlights the expertise, dedication, and teamwork required to support customer productivity and uptime.
“Congratulations to CJD Equipment and ETS Ltd for qualifying for the World Final in Eskilstuna, Sweden, this September,” said Jan Fogelberg, Masters Global Lead. “The teams demonstrated impressive technical expertise and teamwork throughout the challenges. The event in Casablanca has been fantastic, and I would like to thank Managing Director Goran Travancic and the Volvo Maroc team for hosting the Region International Final at their facility. Their support has been key to making this event a success.”
By securing victory in the Volvo CE Masters Region International Final, the teams from Australia and Ukraine have earned their place at the 2026 Volvo CE Masters World Final, taking place in September at the Volvo CE Customer Center in Eskilstuna, Sweden.
There, they will compete against top-performing teams from Volvo CE regions around the world, including Europe, Asia, China, North America, Latin America, and India.
