The instructor performs an initial machine data analysis, to identify opportunities for improvement.
To gather more information and complete the assessment phase, a site visit is organized. This includes machine inspection as well as assessments of operating practices and site conditions.
Operators complete a theoretical training to gain in-depth knowledge of best practices, including both operating techniques and overall efficiency. Our instructors work with the latest training tools to deliver long-term sustained improvements.
Operators get “hands-on”, applying the techniques previously learned. This can be completed with ready-to-use practical exercises, or during the operator’s daily work, coached by the instructor.
A few months later, a new machine data analysis is performed. A summary of the results is provided along with recommendations for any further improvements.
To better understand your operation and to put a value on your potential savings, the instructor will create the first EcoOperator Report when visiting your site. With fact-based information regarding operating practices, the instructor can customize the training program to your specific areas of improvements.
During the follow-up phase, a new EcoOperator Report will be created to highlight improvements and savings achieved compared to performance before training.
