VCE India Announcement

It is pleasure to inform that pursuant to the Order dated October 8, 2018 passed by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Bengaluru Bench in the Company Application No. CA (CAA) NO. 51/BB/18, the meeting of the Equity Shareholders of Volvo CE India Private Limited (VCE India) was held at Volvo Construction Equipment campus, at Plot No 7 & 8, Phase 1, Peenya Industrial Area, Peenya, Bengaluru – 560 058 on Monday, November 12, 2018 at 12.00 noon and the said Equity Shareholders have approved the Scheme of Arrangement between Volvo Group India Private Limited and Volvo CE India Private Limited under Sections 230 to 232 read with Section 52 of the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
