20 Volvo CE R100E rigid haulers combines optimized manufacturing engineering with the latest technology have been delivered to a leading contractor in Indonesia. Ultimately that means better productivity and profitability for customers.
The first units arrived in December of last year and the remainder are following in early 2023. The fleet is supporting customer operations at the company’s site in Kalimantan.Volvo CE and local dealer partner PT Indotruck Utama (ITU) will also provide full customer support for seven years, covering 38,000 working hours. There are 40 individuals from ITU providing round-the-clock cover, so the R100Es receive 24/7 support.

Offering a 95 ton payload, the R100E allows operators to meet production targets faster. Built to perform, the R100E is powered by a premium 783 kW (1075 hp) engine and built for applications where operational costs are critical. Customers can expect to spend less per haul with the R100E, with its 60.4m3 capacity V-shaped body delivering optimum load retention and minimal material carry-back. The speedy body-tipping system ensures fast cycle times for all-around efficient performance.
