Volvo CE and FAMCO celebrate triple win at CMME Awards 2025

Volvo Construction Equipment (Volvo CE) and its long-standing dealer partner in the UAE, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia, FAMCO (Al-Futtaim Auto & Machinery Company), are celebrating a triumphant night at the Construction Machinery Middle East (CMME) Awards 2025. The two companies took home a combined three awards, evidencing their leadership and innovation in the region's construction sector.

Volvo CE was honoured with ‘Earth Moving Machinery of the Year’ for the technologically advanced new-generation A40 articulated hauler launched in January 2025 and ‘Excavator of the Year’ for the high-performance new generation EC210 excavator, launched in February 2025. Complementing this success, FAMCO was named ‘Distributor of the Year – GCC’, a testament to its exceptional customer service and support across the Gulf region.

These latest accolades build on a history of success for both companies at the prestigious industry event. In 2024, Volvo CE won ‘Electric Machinery of the Year’ for the L120 Electric wheel loader and ‘Earth Moving Compact Equipment of the Year’ for the ECR25 compact excavator. Furthermore, in 2023, FAMCO also secured the ‘Distributor of the Year – GCC’ award, while Volvo CE was named ‘Manufacturer of the Year’. This consistent recognition highlights the strength of the partnership and their sustained impact on the Middle East's construction landscape.
