On a busy site, operators may worry about injuring someone, damaging the machine or property at the site. Volvo Smart View with Obstacle Detection lets you focus on work while your Volvo keeps an eye on the surroundings.
Volvo Smart View with Obstacle Detection can identify obstacles as either an object or a human being, allowing the operator to take appropriate action. It gives operators an enhanced real-time view of their surroundings and automatic alerts on the high resolution monitor if obstacles are detected.
Deep learning technology
Volvo used deep learning technology when developing the Smart View with Obstacle Detection. It means that even someone crouching, moving or leaning can be detected. Neither does it matter what color clothes someone wears; everyone is visible.
Personalised radar setting
The Volvo Smart View with Obstacle Detection lets you set how far you want the radar to reach. For those working in confined spaces this is a useful feature - a smaller space requires a smaller radar area. You can also customize the sectors you would like to see, on the easy to use- touch screen.
