It allows you to gain 30% more power than the conventional machine resulting in improved on-grade performance and operation at high altitudes where naturally aspirated diesel engines lose power.

Reliable charging

PT220 Electric is designed to operate for a full shift on a single charge, depending on the type of job and intensity. Integrated on-board charger allows for overnight charging from 0 to 100%, depending on AC power level. Optional off-board DC fast charger enables charging from 0 to 100% in less than 1.5 hours.

Smoothly does it

Achieve fast cycle times and optimum output with maintenance free, hydrostatic transmission which enables smooth transmission between forward and reverse without scuffing the material surface. The hydraulic steering system provides the ultimate in precision for maximum surface coverage.

The knead you need

Experience the perfect kneading effect required to achieve uniform material density in no time at all. Four wide front and rear tires overlap by 50mm to provide full width coverage, while the isostatic levelling cylinders secure consistent contact with the material for excellent surface sealing.

The pressurized, rust-proof 550-liter LDPE water system features an adjustable flowrate which can be used by the operator as needed to help eliminate material build up on the tire surface, maintain mat surface temperature and reduce water refills.
