Our location in Pederneiras was established in 1975 and became part of Volvo CE in 1995. In 2013, the first SDLG plant outside China was incorporated into the site.
The plant is specialized in the production of articulated haulers, large wheel loaders, soil compactors and crawler excavators for Volvo CE. Crawler excavators are also manufactured here for SDLG. Additionally, the site disposes of an in-house production of core components like frames, booms, axles and cabs.
Today it employs over 950 people. A Customer Center can be visited in the Brazilian location of Curitiba, where Volvo CE also has sales offices.
