Our haulers sport a sleek new exterior that’s not just for looks – it’s built for performance. The new frame and body design allows you to drop materials further away, reducing the need for extra equipment. An optional overhung tailgate with longer arms provides a quick and wider opening for dumping. Inside the cab, comfort and convenience are front and center, with customizable settings, low noise levels, and new features like extra storage, a cool/heat box and premium seat options. Connectivity is a breeze with Bluetooth, USB sockets, four speakers and a microphone.

2. Enhanced safety and visibility

Getting in and out of the cab is safer and more convenient with a repositioned door entrance that opens comfortably while standing on the roomy platform. We’ve added safety railings and focused lighting on the stairs and platforms to further enhance safety. Inside the cab, visibility has been improved with redesigned cab panels and wider wiper coverage, providing direct field of vision that exceeds industry standards. For those who want even more, optional front and rear cameras, along with pillar work lights, provide an extra layer of visibility, alongside a standard entrance camera. We’ve also made windshield cleaning safer and easier by adding harness anchor points in the cab.

3. Simplified servicing

Service your hauler less frequently thanks to longer intervals and easier access to essential parts. There’s a new ladder under the hood and essential maintenance parts are all accessible from the ground. Daily or weekly greasing is a thing of the past, with industry-leading 250-hour greasing intervals. And with Volvo engine oil and high-performance filters delivering 1,000-hour engine service intervals, 50% less oil and filters are required over the lifetime of the hauler.

Our new haulers are built to last, with reinforced axles made to handle heavier loads and higher torque, delivering unmatched stability and strength. They also minimize wear and extend service intervals, keeping maintenance costs down. Our unique Volvo drivetrain with clever Terrain Memory identifies and remembers slippery road segments, optimizing traction control to keep you moving with confidence, while our best-in-class braking and retarder systems, including the Volvo engine brake, downhill speed control function and wet brakes on all wheels, further enhance safety and performance.

The Volvo Co-Pilot offers intuitive and seamless control over functions like media, camera settings, climate control and machine status. Positioned in front of the steering wheel, the dynamic instrument cluster provides essential vehicle data at glance. With these two clear screens, important information is right where you need it. For added comfort during long shifts, the ergonomic gear lever ensures smooth shifting and effortlessly returns to the center position after use, reducing strain and enhancing the overall driving experience.
