At 27, he founded Turner Mining Group and started earning major stripping, crushing and overburden removal contracts across the United States. Today he has over 250 employees and adding, all sourced and hired via social media.

Turner relies heavily on a quickly scalable fleet of rental equipment, including Volvo EC480 excavators and A40 and A45 articulated haul trucks, leaning heavily on Volvo dealers across the United States to provide the machines and support the equipment needs of this dynamic company.
