Progressing practical sustainability solutions

Sustainability and innovation remained important focus areas throughout the year, as Volvo CE continued to advance lower-emission construction solutions across the region. Building on its long-term commitment to electromobility, the company expanded awareness and adoption of electric construction machines through regional launches, demonstrations, and industry engagements.

These initiatives supported customers who are exploring lower-emission solutions at different stages of readiness, while maintaining a strong focus on productivity and operational reliability. In 2025, Volvo CE took further steps to make sustainable construction solutions more visible, accessible, and relevant across many Asian markets.

Expanding services to support uptime and ownership value

Alongside product updates, Volvo CE continued to strengthen its services offering in 2025, reinforcing the role of services in supporting customer uptime, reliability, and long-term performance. By integrating services more closely into regional engagements and customer touchpoints, Volvo CE reinforced its focus on helping customers get more value from their equipment throughout its working life, both on and off the jobsite.

Deepening customer and partner relationships across the region

Customer engagement remained a central element of Volvo CE’s regional approach in 2025. Throughout the year, the company connected with customers across Asia, creating opportunities for dialogue, collaboration, and shared learning. Events such as Inspire 2025 in Indonesia brought together customers, partners, and internal teams to exchange insights and experiences, supporting stronger relationships and a better understanding of customer needs.

Partnership development also played an important role. Dealer events provided a platform for alignment and collaboration, while continued dealer investments, including new branch openings and expanded customer engagement initiatives, demonstrated an ongoing commitment to customer proximity and capability building in key markets.

Moving into 2026 with a clear focus on customer value

Taken together, 2025 reflected Volvo CE’s continued focus on strengthening its competitiveness in Region Asia through product improvements, services development, and closer customer and partner engagement. With these foundations in place, the company moves into 2026 with a clearer focus on customer value, productivity, and ongoing improvement across its regional offering.
