Customers and dealers from Cambodia, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, and Japan participated in Volvo Days 2026, where they explored Volvo CE's latest innovations and smarter construction solutions
Volvo Construction Equipment (Volvo CE) welcomed customers and dealers from across Region Asia to Eskilstuna, Sweden, where Volvo Days 2026 showcased how its latest equipment, connected technologies, and support services help businesses improve operational performance, maximise uptime, and enhance safety.
Held under the theme "Smarter Solutions. Driven by you," the event combined live demonstrations, machine test drives, and interactive learning sessions, enabling participants to engage directly with Volvo specialists and see new technologies in action.
Demonstrations and test drives take centre stage
The main activities at the Volvo CE Customer Center featured the Machine Show, followed by supervised test drives, demonstrations, competitions, and application-focused stations covering quarrying, mining, demolition, urban construction, and site optimisation.
These practical experiences received the strongest response from participants. More than half of the survey respondents selected the Test Drive, Demonstrations and Competitions as their favourite part of Volvo Days, followed by the Machine Show. The Articulated Haulers station attracted the greatest interest, ahead of Quarry & Mining, Rigid Haulers, and Demolition, highlighting the strong relevance of these applications for customers across Region Asia.
Customers also praised the opportunity to experience Volvo equipment in realistic operating environments and engage directly with product specialists. Across all participating markets, the combination of live demonstrations and technical discussions helped reinforce confidence in Volvo CE's products and capabilities.
Throughout the day, participants operated Volvo CE's latest excavators, wheel loaders, articulated haulers, and electric machines while exploring advances in machine performance, fuel efficiency, operator comfort, and safety across a range of construction applications.
Connected technologies and lifecycle support
Alongside the equipment displays, participants discovered how Volvo CE combines machines with digital tools and aftermarket services to help customers manage their fleets more effectively.
Interactive sessions demonstrated how Volvo Connect, CareTrack, and ActiveCare enable customers to monitor machine performance, plan maintenance proactively, and make more informed operational decisions. Visitors also explored Volvo CE's approach to site optimisation and how connected data can improve efficiency across entire worksites.
In addition to machine technologies, Volvo Days 2026 highlighted Volvo CE’s circularity and lifecycle solutions, including Volvo Approved Used equipment, remanufactured components, and Certified Rebuild programmes. These solutions demonstrated how customers can extend machine life, reduce operating costs, and lower environmental impact while maintaining Volvo performance and reliability.
