Korea kicks off nationwide roadshow to launch New Generation Excavators

Customers across Korea will have the opportunity to explore Volvo CE’s latest excavators as part of a nationwide roadshow. The multi-city tour allows customers to experience the machines firsthand through product walk-arounds, live demonstrations, and test drives.

Volvo CE has launched a nationwide roadshow in Korea to showcase its New Generation excavators. The 2026 New Product Launch Customer Demonstration Road Tour began with an event for the Seoul and the Gyeonggi regions on March 6, and will continue through April 19, visiting multiple locations across the country.

The roadshow showcases four New Generation models, the EC65, EW65, EW150, and EW170, designed to deliver improved productivity, efficiency, and operator comfort across a wide range of construction applications. Organised across eight regional branches, the programme invites both existing and prospective Volvo CE customers to explore the machines through demonstrations and hands-on operations.

Hands-on experience with Volvo CE’s New Generation machines

At each station, visitors can take part in guided product walk-arounds, where Volvo CE specialists introduce key upgrades and explain how the new models build on the reliability and performance of previous generations.

The events feature live demonstrations and test drives, allowing customers to operate the machines and experience their enhanced control, efficiency, and operator comfort.

In collaboration with industry partners, the roadshow also showcases tilt-rotators and specialised attachments, showcasing how Volvo machines can support a wide range of jobsite tasks with greater flexibility and precision.

Each event includes a customer lounge area, providing a relaxed space for contractors to meet Volvo representatives, discuss their equipment needs, and learn more about Volvo CE’s solutions.

The Seoul/Gyeonggi event saw high attendance and enthusiastic feedback, with customers actively testing the new equipment and praising the improved efficiency of the 2026 lineup.

Connecting with customers across Korea

Beyond showcasing new machines, the roadshow provides an opportunity for Volvo CE’s regional teams to connect with customers and better understand their operational needs.

Following the successful launch event, the roadshow will continue across Korea, giving customers in multiple regions the opportunity to experience Volvo CE’s New Generation machines firsthand.
