Product Conception
Our target is to be number one in the market when it comes to customer satisfaction. To fulfill this ambition we recognize that we must listen to our customers at all times.

Product development
Our design engineers are dedicated to translating customer needs into prototypes that are tested and optimized in order to help customers improve efficiency, assure safety, and minimize environmental impact. 

We use best practice at every step of the process to create value for our customers through increased quality, delivery precision and cost efficiency. To be sure that every component of a Volvo machine is of the highest quality we have an efficient and effective Quality Assurance system.  This scheme secures all of our deliveries, including ‘soft’ products such as aftermarket products and services.

Sales and Distribution
Our focus on quality means that our worldwide network of dealers, in more than 150 countries, can go to market with a considerable amount of confidence.  Our customers get a first - rate service as our network shares our values-the majority of our dealers have represented us for decades and some have been growing with us since the 1930s.

Customer Support
Quality service does not stop when we have delivered the machine to the customer.  We aim for complete customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle of the product by allowing the operator to get on with the job while we worry about maintaining the machine.  Volvo Construction Equipment has a network of 10,000 service technicians in 2,000 service points - this means we carry out regular maintenance work efficiently and respond to emergencies rapidly.
