CARETRACK — You monitor your machines, including raw machine fault codes, to evaluate what actions you need to take.

ACTIVECARE DIRECT — Our Uptime Center monitors your machines 24/7/365 and raises only the most important issues to your attention, along with the probable cause and a recommended solution. You can still get raw fault codes through the CareTrack portal at any time.

CARETRACK — You’re responsible for tracking details for each alarm error code.

ACTIVECARE DIRECT — Every case is tracked from the time the alarm is registered to the resolution details being delivered and the case is closed.

CARETRACK — You must contact your dealer with alarm details.

ACTIVECARE DIRECT — You and your Volvo dealer are automatically notified for each case.

CARETRACK — You log into the CareTrack portal to retrieve and analyze your fleet data to generate reports.

ACTIVECARE DIRECT — You access fleet reports through a convenient online portal.
