With an upgrade to ActiveCare Direct, you can hand off the daily monitoring to a group of data analysts at our Uptime Center. We’ll monitor your machines 24/7 and sift through all the raw fleet information — and we’ll only contact you when there’s an actionable item to address or to provide a monthly report filled with fleet utilization information, individual machine statistics and instances of machine misuse.

WHICH SERVICE IS RIGHT FOR YOU?

ActiveCare Direct doesn’t replace CareTrack. In fact, each tool is valuable it its own right and can be used independently or in conjunction with each other, depending on your preference. But if you’re ready to shed the burden of monitoring the data yourself to make timely decisions, we’re ready to do it for you.

Here are a few of the differentiators between the two services and the benefits of upgrading to ActiveCare Direct.

CARETRACK -- Customer monitors their machine, including raw machine fault codes to evaluate what actions to take.

ACD -- Volvo’s Uptime Center monitors machines 24/7/365 on behalf of customer and raises the most important issues to their attention, along with the probable cause and recommended solution. Customers can still get raw fault codes through the CareTrack Portal any time they want.

CARETRACK -- Customer is responsible for tracking details for each alarm error code.

ACD -- Every case is tracked from the time the alarm is registered to the resolution details being delivered and the case is closed.

CARETRACK -- Customer must contact their dealer with alarm details.

ACD -- Customer and dealer are automatically notified for each case.

CARETRACK -- Customer logs in to CareTrack portal to retrieve and analyze their fleet data and generate reports.

ACD -- Monthly fleet reports with easy-to-understand fleet summaries are automatically generated and sent to the customer and/or dealer.
