With just weeks to go before the biggest construction equipment exhibition in Asia, Volvo is ready to wow visitors with its most impressive display yet.
Occupying 210,000 m2 of space at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre, Bauma China is the country’s leading construction equipment trade show held between 23-26 November. Attendance numbers look set to increase by 40% this year, to some 150,000 visitors and over 2000 exhibitors.
With a focus on fuel efficiency and productivity Volvo will showcase a compelling line up of products including excavators, wheel loaders and articulated haulers, totally numbering 10 machines. The 20 tonne excavator is China-customised in terms of application and suitability, and is highly fuel efficient and productive. The asphalt paver comes with great productivity and versatility and is equally meeting the demands of Chinese customers.
Visitors to the Volvo stand will also have the chance to experience the power of Volvo at first hand through an excavator simulator which will be on show.
With the growing demand for premium Volvo machines in China, the importance of a strong aftermarket offer is increasing along side it. Customer Support will be in focus through demonstration of how service agreements and other genuine Volvo parts and service offers protect investment and profits for the customer.
