Thousands of Volvo customers and potential partners visit our Customer Center annually from around the world. This purpose-built meeting place is designed to inspire, educate, and facilitate interaction. It offers a hands-on environment where you can experience the Volvo Construction Equipment brand firsthand, surrounded by our expert advisors and our complete range of innovative solutions. Here, you are encouraged to put our products through their paces.

The demonstration field

panning nearly one square kilometer, the demonstration field lets you go beyond observation. Under the guidance of our Volvo experts, you can take control of our machines through test drives, explore advanced features, and see how our solutions address real industry challenges. Every activity is designed with safety as a top priority, ensuring a secure environment while you experience the full power and versatility of our equipment. Dynamic demonstrations further showcase our lineup in action, highlighting how Volvo machines perform across a variety of applications.

Indoor and outdoor facilities

Over its 30-year history, the Customer Center has evolved from a simple demonstration field into a premier venue for both indoor and outdoor presentations. Modern facilities include multiple meeting rooms, training areas, and dedicated dining spaces. A large auditorium connects directly to the Machine Hall, creating an ideal space for inspiring product launches, exhibitions, and hands-on workshops.

Testdriving and training

The demonstration field is the annual host for large-scale customer events and offers convenient daily test-driving sessions, positioned just meters from the Customer Center’s indoor facilities. By utilizing the test grounds here in Eskilstuna, our customers can thoroughly evaluate our solutions without causing disruption or downtime at their own operational sites. For focused skill development, the Customer Center also houses advanced Volvo simulators, ensuring efficiency, and facilitating one-on-one training sessions.

A venue for meeting and conferences

The Customer Center is an ideal venue for conferences, meetings, and events. We offer versatile facilities, including ten conference rooms accommodating up to 35 people, and an auditorium seating 200 people. For large scale gatherings, exhibitions or dinners, our impressive 700 m² machine hall provides the perfect setting. Comprehensive catering is supported by a dedicated dining area for up to 100 guests. In addition, every room is equipped with dedicated amenities, ensuring the privacy and comfort of all attendees.

Volvo merchandise shop

There’s even a Volvo merchandise shop on site, for picking up those last minute gifts! Opening times are Tuesdays and Thursdays 13:00 – 15:00. The shop can also be opened at other times on request.

The reception is open Monday to Thursdays from 07:30 to 16:30 and Fridays from 07:30 to 16:00.

Customer, dealer and school visits

Customer, dealer or vocational school visits can be booked from Tuesdays to Fridays throughout the year according to Customer Centre opening times. Customers should book via Volvo or their dealer.

Internal visits

Twice a year we also allocate two days for larger groups of internal visits where we welcome departments within Volvo that want to learn more about our products. The program includes a brief presentation in the auditorium and a test drive.

Events

Requests for longer visits (a full day or more) that require special preparations, such as adjustments to test driving stations, a larger demonstration show and/or additional stages, are referred to as events. Please contact reception with your unique requirements.

Conference rooms

Conference rooms can be booked from Mondays to Fridays during opening times. They can be booked by Volvo employees, dealers, and branch organizations.
