Hugg and Hall Equipment Company, authorized Volvo Construction Equipment (Volvo CE) dealer in Arkansas, has reached an agreement with Volvo CE to assume the sales and marketing of Volvo road machinery products at its branches in Little Rock, Camden, Fort Smith and Springdale.
