Flagler Construction Equipment, the exclusive Volvo Construction Equipment dealer for the State of Florida, is a part of the Flagler CE Holdings Group, which also includes Penn-Jersey Machinery in eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York.

Flagler and its predecessors have been serving the Florida market since 1987, offering Volvo construction equipment for sale and rent, as well as product support.  Flagler operates five main branches in the following markets:  Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, Ft. Myers, & Davie (Ft. Lauderdale) and 1 product support facility in Miami for export parts.

The Volvo Construction Equipment line includes wheel loaders, articulated haulers, excavators, motor graders and compact equipment as well as the former Ingersoll-Rand compaction equipment line and Blaw-Knox pavers (which Volvo CE acquired in March 2007).  In addition to Volvo equipment, Flagler represents the following affiliate lines:  Bandit chippers and stump grinders, LB Performance pavers, Gomaco concrete paving equipment,  Rockland attachments, BTI attachments, Volvo Penta Engines, Cummins Engines, and Donaldson filters.
