Role (Purpose of the job)

  • Manage projects within the scope of the Lingong Integration Office and China Council.

Key Responsibility

  • Manage and/or participate as Integration Office representative in specific projects from set up to finish
  • Follow up of the Integration Office total project/initiative portfolio in a structured way including reporting routines
  • Analysis & Reporting
  • Translation duties in writing and in meetings

Main competence requirements

  • Education Requirements/Preference:

  1. Master degree in economics and/or technology
  2. Project management or finance management experience prefer
  •   Years of Experience:
  1. Minimum 5 years working experience with the project manager role
  • Attitude:
  1. Respect business ethics and employee integrity
  2. Has strong ownership and give commitment to company goals and team goals
  3. Has strong passion and is ambitious to make improvements
  4. Strong desire on learning and improvements
  5. A strong communicator, motivating, passionate, proactive, self-discipline
  6. Maintaining good relations with relevant contacts within both Lingong and Volvo CE in general globally 

         

  • Knowledge & Capability:
  1. Fluency in both Chinese (Mandarin) & English in writing and speaking
  2. Working in a cross functional team environment
  3. Good communicator both written and oral
  4. Strong Leadership Skills and self starter
  5. Strong computer skills Word, power point, excel, adobe, access
  6. General Construction Market and Marketing knowledge
  7. General company knowledge from Volvo and/ or Lingong
