Visitors to the Volvo Construction Equipment stand at this years Intermat will be invited to "Discover a New Way". The initiative aims to improve their understanding of Volvo CE when it comes to quality, safety and care for the environment – core values that Volvo is committed to providing in terms of its products and services.
Volvo CE will be presenting 12 new machines to the public on its 3,726m2 (40,110ft2) indoor stand.
The Volvo stand will feature information on its unique and Gold Innovation Award winning - On Board Weighing system for its F-Series full suspension (FS) articulated haulers
The Volvo stand will also highlight the company’s pioneering approach to technology from advanced engineering solutions to mobile high-tech diagnostics that allow customers to accurately calculate their costs. A dedicated Service and Support area will promote the company’s CareTrack remote monitoring system, maintenance packages and Volvo Financial Services offerings
Visitors will also learn how the Volvo Eco Operator programme represents a safer and more environmentally sensitive way of training operators. Visitors will also have the chance to try one of Volvo’s innovative construction equipment simulators, which bring real-life operating conditions directly into the classroom.
