In September of 2011, the Plaza at Preston Center was demolished by Rogers-O’Brien Construction, with the help of a Volvo EC460B crawler excavator, to house the new University Park Library and many other businesses in the near future. New construction is planned to be finished in 2013. University Park is a city just north of Dallas, TX.
